For help, email tardislabs@gmail.com and include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description. Do not send private trip links, precise locations, or health data.

Purchases

Open More → Settings → WayLine Pro, then choose Restore Purchases. Use Manage Subscriptions on the same page to cancel or change an annual plan. A lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an active annual subscription.

Permissions and connectivity

Review Location, Bluetooth, Local Network, Notifications, Health, and Motion permissions in iPhone Settings. Optional Health permission can be denied without blocking core trip coordination.

Family Share

Create a fresh link if an earlier one was revoked or expired. Links are read-only, revocable, and stop working after their short retention window.

If someone needs urgent help, contact local emergency services first. WayLine cannot guarantee message delivery or rescue response.
